➤ The first step to face any problem is STAY CALM,THINK CLEARLY. Don't try to solve your problems and other person's problem at the same time.
➤ Ask for the advice from your family and your closest friends. BE PATIENT STAY POSITIVE.
➤ Expose yourself to your fear and take the step until you begin to feel comfortable doing it of facing it.
➤ Face your fears and anxieties so they don't make your body and mind weaker. Practice stress reduction techniques, such as mindfulness meditation or aerobic exercise. Shift your focus to the positive emotion in daily life.
